Thanks! One reason I released this to first paid subscribers is to provide some value to the subscription (I have another just for paid subscribers entry in the works). But, for this one, I have to admit, catching errors, even typos, is one reason I released this early for paid subscribers. That and along with a chance to have it vetted and for us to get some feedback before we release it more widely.
One very minor point: it's Brian Leiter, not "Leitner."

* In the executive summary, point v is followed by point v, so the second should be “vi”
Wonderful (your effort, not our typos!). This is exactly one of the things I was hoping for by first releasing only to paid subscribers.
