"How reliable is children's testimony?"

Given that child IQs are age-normed until about sixteen, surely if you de-agenormed them, you'd get an answer relative to their IQ. So an eight-year-old child of average intelligence would have the testimonial reliability of an adult with an IQ of 50, and a twelve-year-old of average intelligence the equivalent of an adult with an IQ of 75.
